Causes of Acne

I

Acne is an infection of the sebaceous glands, glands are connected to hair follicles, whose main objective is the release of sebum, a lipid to waterproof the skin and hair, as well as inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the skin. When the follicles and pores where these glands become clogged or pollutants, oil, and dead skin cells, sebum accumulates and can not be released properly, resulting in inflammation and sometimes bacterial infection.

Staphylococcus aureus is the most common acne causing bacteria infections. Acne becomes a more serious problem when the cysts and nodules are produced by repeated infection leading to acne scars. Acne can occur anywhere on the body, indeed, but is most common on the face, back and chest. Stop using oil-based makeup, hair products, cosmetics and similar products, if you want to be acne free.

The accumulation of oil in the skin is one of the main causes of acne, so you want to avoid any kind of oil on your skin. This includes mechanical oils and fats, and cooking oils. Many teens do not follow this advice, eating fast foods that contain large amounts of oils, while applying cosmetics oil-based products. Diet and lifestyle may need to change in order to get rid of acne.

Avoid harsh soaps and facial scrubs if you want to get rid of acne fast. Many of these products claim to clean the acne to remove dirt and oils, while "gently" exfoliating your skin. As long as you avoid contact with oils that are not produced by your body, you do not need these products. They can irritate the skin, damage to the sebaceous glands and cause breakouts even worse in the long run. The fact of the matter is that your sebaceous glands are producing oils because we are trying to protect their skin from being dry and cracked, and clean too. facial scrubs are not a good way to get rid of acne. Regularly showering and washing your face with mild soap will help get rid of acne. While it is fortuitous to avoid contact with contaminants and synthetic oils, it is not always possible. Taking a shower once in the morning and one at night, while helping to reduce acne outbreaks. Remember, however, use gentle soaps, not harsh soaps when you wash. There are a couple of all natural soaps that you can help a lot to rid acne, which is why I highly recommend them as a natural treatment for acne.
