Squats are a compound exercise that works all the major muscles in the lower body, including the buttocks and hamstrings. However, a complete, highly oriented routine will give better results than a single movement. As might be expected, there are also other factors that contribute to cellulite and must be treated concomitantly with resistance training program.

The good news is that you can eliminate cellulite quite easily by combining the training program with some very specific dietary changes. You can remove cellulite, but does not believe in miraculous anti cellulite creams do it for you.
