Paint the cardboard tubes of the desired color and let dry. Using the hot glue gun, glue the tube into the opening on the bag.

Take the two yarn ends and close the opening so that the cardboard tubes are enclosed in the bag and robust.

Finally, tie a string on the top and bottom of the bag. This can be done either with the hot glue or by using a needle and thread. Make sure the length of the rope welcomes each child who will wear the bagpipes.
